1. Operator

2. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false or misleading information, upload harmful material or use the website to violate another person’s rights.

3. Requests are not approvals

Submitting a request, application or supplier registration does not create a contract, guarantee product availability, establish credit or oblige Ease Medicals to provide financing. Any quotation, approval, payment plan, delivery commitment or supplier appointment must be confirmed in writing.

4. Product and service information

Website descriptions are general. Final specifications, prices, charges, taxes, warranties, delivery dates and payment obligations appear in the relevant quotation or agreement. Product availability and supplier terms may change.

5. Credit and payment plans

Payment terms are subject to facility assessment, documentation, product category and approval. Late payment, default, ownership, repossession, security and dispute terms will be stated in the signed agreement. Illustrative calculator results are not quotations and may exclude charges.

6. Medical limitation

Ease Medicals supplies or arranges medical products and equipment; this website does not provide medical advice. Healthcare facilities remain responsible for clinical decisions, licensing, appropriate use, storage, maintenance and regulatory compliance.

7. Intellectual property

The website, branding, design, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rivia Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without written permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Product defects, warranties and service obligations are addressed in applicable commercial agreements.
